TR CU 010/2011 On safety of machinery and equipment 

Scope of application

This technical regulation establishes the minimum necessary safety requirements for machinery and equipment in the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, operation, storage, transportation, sale and disposal in order to protect human life or health, property, environmental protection, animal life and health, and prevent actions misleading consumers.

Confirmation of conformity is carried out by certification by the body or by declaration of conformity by the applicant with the attachment of laboratory test reports, depending on the type of equipment

Certificate of conformity is necessary for the following equipment:

  • Household woodworking machines

  • Snowmobiles, snowmobiles

  • Garage equipment for vehicles and trailers.

  • Agricultural machines.

  • Means of small-scale mechanization of horticultural and forestry use

  • Machines for animal husbandry, poultry farming and fodder production

  • Mechanized tool

  • Technological equipment for deforestation

  • Equipment for trade enterprises, public catering

  • Equipment for overburden and clearing works and fastening of mine workings

  • Mining equipment

  • Shaft hoists and mine transport equipment

  • Equipment for drilling holes and wells

  • Equipment for ventilation and dust suppression

Declaration of conformity is necessary for the following equipment:

  • Cryogenic, compressor, refrigeration, autogenous, gas cleaning equipment

  • Equipment for flame treatment of metals and metallization of products

  • Gas-cleaning and dust-collecting equipment

  • Pulp and paper equipment

  • Papermaking equipment

  • Oilfield equipment, drilling geological exploration

  • Technological equipment and equipment for application

  • paint and varnish coatings for engineering products

  • Equipment for liquid ammonia
